Definitions
- The company, also referred to as Qwaider Al Nabulsi("QN") is the provider of online store orders and delivery system.
- The Location: United Arab Emirates only.
- Currency: All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- The Client The person using the online store.
- The Products: Products ordered by the client.
Note, by placing an order, the client is authorizing the QN to deliver the ordered product to the provided address, either by phone or by the online form.
Terms & Conditions
- Prices: All prices are inclusive of packaging cost and applicable taxes. Delivery cost of respective products mentioned separately depending on location.
- Charge: The Company reserves the right to charge the order to the client incase the Client rejects the order for any reason, or the order is returned due to non-delivery due to whatsoever reason.
- Delivery: The Company shall try its best for timely delivery, any delayed in delivery for any reason shall not entitle the Client for any compensation. Also the company is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. The Company reserves the right to deny its services to any client, without any explanation.
- Web information: We attempt to ensure that the information on this Website is complete, accurate and current. Anyhow, despite our efforts, the information on this Website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of any information on this Website.
For example, products included on this Website may be unavailable, or may have different attributes than those listed, or may actually carry a different price.
- Products: QN does not warrant that the products/services offered will be exactly similar, error free, or that the defects will be corrected.
- Any Gift orders/special order, once placed cannot be canceled, and any changes in the same must be notified by the client within 24 hours after submitting the order to info@qwaideralnabulsi.com, Qwaider Al Nabulsi will make its best efforts to incorporate changes asap, but will not be held responsible if the required modifications/ change is not communicated by Client.
- The Company will try to deliver exactly the same order as mentioned on its web pages. However, packaging and layout of product may differ from the image shown on web page to ensure safe delivery. If similar kind of product is not available, Qwaider Al Nabulsi will inform the client to change the order or to wait until it becomes available.
- Value Change: The Company will not charge more than the prices mentioned on its web pages, but in certain unavoidable circumstances, it reserves the right to change the prices anytime, without any prior notice and charge the client accordingly.
- Product condition: While QN takes great effort to ensure timely delivery of products to clients, QN responsibility for the degradation in the condition of perishable items due to late delivery, shall be limited to replacement of the item only with fresh delivery of the same item. To avail such option, the client will have to contact Qwaider Al Nabulsi along with the originally delivered item, within 24 hours he/she received the online order.
- Refund: In case both parties will agree on refund, then refund will only be done in the original mode of payment
Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with our website, shall be governed by the commercial laws of UAE.
